How the HOA began
Neighbors first met in early 1995 to discuss a neighborhood watch. The Association formed when the developer planned to extend Meadow View Trail to County Road 52 — removing the open gathering area between 110 and 112 Meadow View Circle, where neighbors played volleyball on Sunday afternoons.
Residents filled Pelham City Council and Planning and Zoning meetings and persuaded the developer to drop the second entrance. In summer 1995, Articles of Incorporation were drawn up; the first officer election was held on that same Meadow View green. In 1996 the Association began drafting the Constitutional Bylaws that still guide the Board.
